Lack of Sleep

Do you suffer from lack of sleep? If not you personally, then you probably know someone, friend or family member who suffers from lack of sleep. It's a fact that nearly half of all Americans suffer from lack of sleep. The truth is that fatigue caused by lack of sleep is dangerous.


A growing collection of research indicates that Americans lack of sleep problems have reached epidemic proportions, and may be the number one health problem in America today. Lack of sleep from sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and insomnia keep their afflicted from sleeping throughout the nite, hence constant stress, and fatigue due to lack of sleep. A constant lack of sleep will cause your immune system to be less effective which means your more likely to become ill.


We dont really know what sleep is, but we do know we need it to survive. Some people like to brag that they can function perfectly well on a few hours sleep. It's a fact that people who get six hours or less sleep live shorter lives than people who get seven hours or more sleep a day. Sleep restores us, therefore lack of sleep depletes us. There are many different products, plans, and gadgets out there to supposedly help us sleep. Depending on whats causing your lack of sleep, there are many different things to try. For me after trial and error, I bought a new bed, did'nt help, I tried a sleep mask, annoyed the sleep rite out of me, I then tried different sleep aids and almost gave up on those also, but I found one that worked. You just have to try different things until you find something that works for you. The sleep aid, and I tried alot, that worked for me is called SOMNIEN, and I suffer from lack of sleep no more.
