Sleep Clinics

Sleep clinics? What the heck are sleep clinics? Do they get much work done at sleep clinics? To me it sounds like their sleeping on the job. Ha Ha a little sleep humor, very little, sorry. There are actually quite a number of sleep clinics around the world. The work they do,yes they do work, not sleep well, they do sleep also thats part of the work, they study sleep and it's effects on the human body our brains.

These studies also include what lack of sleep as well as sleep disorders do to us. So what exactly is involved in sleep clinics studies? Well for the most part a sleep clinics scientists start with nocturnal monitoring of your heart, your brain, and your breathing for starters. They also monitor you at sleep clinics with a electron oculogram to measure eye movements and a little oxygen saturation by ear oximetry action to gauge the oxygen content of your blood.

Then the sleep clinics will look into your sleep clock. What I mean is the sleep clinics will also scrutinize your sleep rythms, to look for any glitch's in your basic sleep timing. There's a variety of other things that sleep clinics will check on as well, too many to go into here, however sleep clinics have their place in helping people with sleep disorders. I personally could'nt afford to undergo a sleep clinics help in either time or money. What I could afford and what did and still does help me is a sleep aid. I tried many and the best one I found is a product called somnien. Not all sleep aids work the same for everybody, some of the products other people told me to try that worked for them did nothing for me. Somnien, though works great for me, and now I get a good nights sleep every night. Ha, I sound like a commercial. Anyway, good luck and good nite.
