Do you keep your sleep cycle in tune? Is your sleep cycle running smooth? Do you know what a sleep cycle is? Do you know what a sleep cycle is? Only 4 stages of the sleep cycle repeat themselves throughout the nite, the original phase of actually falling asleep does not. Now you know what a sleep cycle is. Things that could effect your sleep cycle are anything that interrupts your slumber during the nite. For the best benifits of a good nites sleep, you dont want your sleep cycle disturbed.
