Have you ever kept a diary? What about a sleep diary? Do you even know what a sleep diary is? Why would someone keep a sleep diary? Do you have sleep problems? Are you into dream interpretation or possiably lucid dreaming. There are a variety of different reasons to keep a sleep diary.


The NSF National Sleep Foundation offers a downloadable sleep diary software to help you with solving different sleep disorders. Even when they do realize they have a sleep problem they dont know what to do about it. Most people dont realize that the large majority of sleep disorders are treatable.


A good place to start correcting your sleep problems is to start recording your sleep habits and experiences in a sleep diary. Keeping a sleep diary is a great way to help you compile information to identify patterns or conditions that might give you insight into what may be causing your sleep problems.
