Sleep Disorder

Unfortunately sleep disorder are a common ailment in a lot of peoples lives. There are a very large amount of sleep disorder out there. What is a sleep disorder? Is a sleep disorder something as simple as just having diffuculty sleeping? There are some sleep disorder that alot of people would not consider a sleep disorder.


Sleep disorder can have a great impact on an individuals life, as well as those around a person suffering from sleep disorder. Here are a few sleep disorder listed sleep apnea, Insomnia, narcolepsy,bruxism, fibromyalgia, sleepwalking, hypersomnia,and sleep terrors. As I said quite a few sleep disorder, more than just what I have listed affect many, many, people around the world.


I'll give a brief synopsis of a couple of common sleep disorder. The first sleep disorder is probably one of the most famous sleep disorder ever, sleepwalking may not necessarily be the most common of sleep disorder, but its definitly the most well heard of sleep disorder. Sleepwalking is a series of complex behaviors that initiated during slow wave sleep and result in walking during sleep. Another of the well known sleep disorder is sleep terrors. Sleep terrors are a sudden arousal from slow wave sleep with a piercing scream or cry, followed closely by severe behaviorial manifestations of intense fear or night terrors. Sometimes when dealing with sleep disorder can be as simple as taking a sleep aid like somnien a very effective sleeping product.
